Lisa M. Penn – Executive Coach and Certified Gallup Coach

At this month's meeting, Lisa Penn will provide an interactive presentation describing the “ Ask” and “Offer” elements of  Mentorship.   Many of us have mental models of mentorship and those models may need to shift to adapt to our ever changing business landscape.   Mentorship has an important place and impact in our business environment for tenured professionals and for those individuals about to embark on their careers --- if you “ Ask” and “Offer.”

Lisa Penn is Director of Coaching for SEI and a Certified Gallup Coach. In Lisa’s current role, she work with managers and leaders discovering their strengths, what they do best, exploring the challenge areas and supporting them in creating a more fulfilling career.

Prior to her current role, Lisa began her career working as an auditor for a local Philadelphia bank and joined SEI Investments, a global financial services company, as an account representative for the Private Banking Unit in 1991.   Throughout her tenure at SEI, Lisa advanced to become a Relationship Manger and Managing Director of a segment of business within Private Banking.   Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University.

Lisa discovered her talent and passion for coaching during her time at SEI, as many colleagues and clients looked to her for professional career advice. Lisa is passionate about coaching executives and leaders who are committed to having more impact and influence in their roles. Lisa uses the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment to reveal the natural strengths of the clients she coaches. She structures her coaching sessions to teach her clients how these strengths can uniquely contribute to their role and organizations, as well as life outside of work.
