Richard Goodwin, J.D, MBA – SEI

Blockchain was originally intended to solve trust problems related to the minting and spending of a new digital money created without a central intermediary like the Federal Reserve. This is a fundamentally different application than what businesses see in blockchain's potential. This presentation will help you understand the differences between blockchains in "cryptocurrency world" and "enterprise world."

Richard Godwin is currently a Blockchain Program Lead at SEI where he has worked since 2015.   He attended Alabama University for his Bachelors, has his Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from Rutgers University and recently completed his MBA at Saint Joseph’s University.
