Jeffrey D. Servin, Esquire has an excess of 30 years experience in legal, business, and financial matters throughout the United States.
As a practicing attorney and executive, Mr. Servin has been involved in negotiating sophisticated contracts, structuring complex transactions, financial workouts, bankruptcy reorganization, securities arbitration and commercial litigation in both the State and Federal Courts. Mr. Servin has also been involved in securing financing for varied commercial projects including real estate, business services, broadcasting and the recording industry. Mr. Servin’s career includes extensive involvement in investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital. As an operating executive he served the national broadcast media as the Executive Producer of a successful national show on the USA Network for five years. He has also been a principal in a billion dollar cable fiber-optic transaction.
Mr. Servin is a member of the bar and is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law.
